CANCELLATION POLICY

At Gorgeous Hospitality Private Limited, we understand that plans can change. This cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our hotel operations. Please read it carefully.

We offer different cancellation policies depending on the rate and booking conditions. The specific policy applicable to your booking will be clearly stated during the reservation process and in your booking confirmation. Our cancellation policy goes as follows –

Cancellation Policy for Hotels -

  • Cancellation Deadline: We allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time 11: 00 AM IST on the arrival date.
  • Cancellation Fee (after deadline): If you cancel after the deadline, you will be charged one night’s room rate or 15% of the total booking value.
  • Refund: After cancellations made, the end amount will be refunded Within 7-10  Working Days, After Cancellation only .
  • No Refund: If you cancel after  11: 00 AM IST  of the arrival date or fail to arrive (no-show), No refunds are provided in these circumstances

Cancellation Policy associated with Discounted or Promotional Rates -

  • Cancellation deadline: Allows cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time  11: 00 AM IST  on the arrival date. And Charges 15% of the total booking value.
  • Cancellation Fee (after deadline): Cancellations are non-refundable after deadline.
  • Refund: After cancellations made, the end amount will be refunded Within 7-10  Working Days, After Cancellation only.

Group Bookings -

  • Reservations for 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings and may be subject to a separate group cancellation policy.
  • Group cancellation policies will be specified in the group booking contract. Typically, these policies involve stricter deadlines and higher cancellation fees due to the scale of the booking. Group bookings require cancellations to be made at least 10 days prior to arrival (which is a deadline).
  • Cancellation Fee (after deadline): If you cancel after the deadline, you will be charged 30% of the total booking value (Cancellations are non-refundable after deadline if booking is associated with discounted or promotional rates)
  • Refund: After cancellations made, the end amount will be refunded Within 7-10 Working Days, After Cancellation only.
  • No Refund: If you cancel after  11: 00 AM IST  of the arrival date or fail to arrive (no-show), No refunds are provided in these circumstances

Special Circumstances - Force Majeure -

  • In cases where cancellations are caused by force majeure events (unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or documented serious illness), we will evaluate cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
  • If a force majeure cancellation is approved, you may be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for a future date (by users choice).

  • Cancellations are only effective upon receipt of a cancellation confirmation from Gorgeous Hospitality Private Limited. Please ensure you receive and retain this confirmation for your records. 

Refunds -

  • Refunds, if applicable according to the cancellation policy, will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for booking.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Applicable bank charges may be deducted from refunded amounts.

Important Notes -

  • Booking Platform Policies: If you booked through an online travel agency or third-party platform, please also refer to their cancellation policies, as they may differ from ours. In case of discrepancies, Gorgeous Hospitality is not responsible for any third party Online Travel Agency .
  • Policy Changes: Gorgeous Hospitality reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will govern your reservation.
  • Clarification: If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us before making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy for Villas -

  • Cancellation Deadline: Allows free cancellation up to 7 Days before your scheduled check-in time 12 : 00 PM IST on the arrival date.
  • Cancellation Fee (after deadline): If you cancel after the deadline, you will be charged 25% of the total booking value.
  • Refund: After cancellations made, the end amount will be refunded Within 7-10 working days, After cancellation.
  • No Refund: If you cancel after 12: 00 PM IST of the arrival date or fail to arrive no-show, no refunds are provided in these circumstances

Cancellation Policy Associated with Discounted or Promotional Rates -

  • Cancellation Policy: Allows cancellation up to 5 Days before your scheduled check-in time 12: 00 PM IST  on the arrival date. And Charges 25% of the total booking value.
  • Cancellation Fee (after deadline): Cancellations are non-refundable after deadline.
  • Refund: After cancellations made, the end amount will be refunded Within 7-10  Working Days, After Cancellation.
