Gorgeous Hospitality respects other’s intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you think the content on our website violates your copyright, you can send a written notice (DMCA notice) to our official email address. 

What to Include in Your DMCA Notice -

  • Identify the Copyrighted Work – Clearly state what work you believe has been infringed by our team. If these are multiple works, kindly list them all.

  • Identify the Infringing Material – Tell us what content you believe is infringing and where it is located on our website. Provide enough information so can find it.

  • Contact Information – Provide your address, phone number, and email so we can reach out to you. 

  • Good Faith Statement – Confirm that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.

  • Accuracy & Authority Statement – Confirm that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receiving the DMCA notice, the team at Gorgeous Hospitality will take action as required by the DMCA. We may move or disable access to the infringing content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers. 

Counter Notification -

If you believe that content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you can send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Include the following things –

  • Identify the Removed Materials – Tell us what content was removed and where it was located before removal. 

  • Good Faith Statement – State, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  • Signature – Include your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a counter-notification, we will provide a copy to the original complaining party and inform them that Gorgeous Hospitality will replace the removed content or cease disabling access withing 10 business days, unless the complaining party filed a court action to restrain the user from infringing.
