REFUND POLICY

Reservations -

  • Book your room in advance with Gorgeous Hospitality Private Limited by calling or booking online for secure availability.
  • An advance payment via cash, deposit, or online transaction is necessary for a confirmed reservation.
  • Read the cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.
  • Rates shown online fluctuate dynamically. Once you select a rate and complete the transaction, no other rate (higher or lower) will apply, and no refund is available.
  • The estimated stay cost includes the room rate, estimated taxes, and fees. Actual taxes, feed, and cess at the time of stay may differ, and you are responsible for any additional costs due to changes in these charges.
  • Gorgeous Hospitality Private Limited reserves the right to modify or cencel reservations if it suspects fradulent, illegal, or inappropriate activity, or if the reservation was made with fradulent or malicious intent or in error.
  • At check-in, present the reservation confirmation along with a valid ID such as – a passport, PAN card, election ID, driving license, or any government-issued photo ID, and a valid credit card for any incidental charges.
  • All promotional or sale rates are non-refundable and may have restrictions on changes. Limited inventory is available on select room types, and promotions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Gorgeous Hospitality Private Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions without notice.
  • Extra services and amenities not included in the offer are available for an additional charge.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers or loyalty program benefits.
  • If your pre-booked room is unavailable upon arrival, Gorgeous Hospitality Private Limited will offer an alternate room in a similar standard hotel or room type at its discretion and without further liability.
  • Rates may change without notice and can vary for special events, except for confirmed reservations with advance payments.
  • All rates are subject to applicable local taxes on room tariffs and services.

Occupancy -

  • Additional person (is charged extra as per prevalent rate of the hotel). 
  • Normal occupancy permits maximum 2 people per room. 

Deposit / Online Payment -

  • On cancellation of refundable booking, the refund processing will take time between 24-hours to 1-week to show refund back on your statement. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors like hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees, etc. For more details, please refer to the cancellation policy.
  • In case the reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your card and release the whole amount if any of the amount was held immediately. It would still take us 2 to 4 weeks for the bank to process the refund and to show the refund amount on your statement. 

Non-Arrival To The Hotel ( No Show ) -

  • If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date, the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotel, and you will be charged for the entire reservation.
  • If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please urgently contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise, as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto cancelled, and no refund will be admissible.

Shortened Stay ( Early Check-out ) -

  • Shortened stay is subject to entire period charge whether or not you stay the entire period. If you know the change in your plan, please contact us at the earliest to minimize the charge by the hotel subject to cancellation policy.

Special Request -

  • Please note that Hotel neither guarantees nor liable to admit any request for amendment in plan or any other special requests which shall be admissible subject to availability on arrival. The request for airport pick-up requires intimation to the reservation at the time of the room(s) booking.

Confirmation Voucher -

  • The reservation once confirmed, a confirmation number and the voucher is generated that you can print for your convenience. It is necessary to present the confirmation voucher to the hotel on arrival. On failure to produce the confirmation voucher may result in the hotel not honoring your reservation unless the hotel is able to trace & match the excess in the reservation system.

Payment Security -

  • It is important to know that whenever you provide the personal details or credit card information, it is secured. Your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number are protected by the latest security technology.
